Over the weekend, a visitor at an event was apprehended after taking money that was being sprayed on the celebrants.
The woman pretended to assist the celebrants in selecting their money while covertly stashing the dollars down her sleeve.
The stolen Naira notes were found in her sleeve when she was caught.
Mc Edo Pikin, a comedian and event compere, captured and published the footage on social media while at the event.
The woman was approached by a group who had caught her red-handed in the now–viral video.
She would have been severely punished if the media celebrity and other ladies on the scene had not intervened quickly.
“Caught red-handed, stealing money in an event I attended on Saturday. I felt for her though, but stealing is stealing. Women respect women, they made sure she was not touched”, MC Edo Pikin captioned the video.
